LocalPulse is a community event discovery platform that allows users to browse, submit, and promote local events. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the service at any time without notice.

Users may submit events for review. All submissions are subject to moderation and approval by our team. We reserve the right to reject, remove, or edit any event listing that violates our guidelines, contains false or misleading information, or is deemed inappropriate at our discretion.

You agree not to: post false, misleading, or fraudulent content; use the Platform for any unlawful purpose; attempt to gain unauthorized access to other accounts or systems; harass, abuse, or harm other users; or use automated tools to scrape or extract data from the Platform.
6. Intellectual Property
All content, logos, and trademarks on the Platform are the property of LocalPulse or their respective owners. You retain ownership of content you submit, but grant LocalPulse a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to display and promote that content on the Platform.
7. Disclaimer of Warranties
The Platform is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or reliability of any event listings or user-generated content.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, LocalPulse shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of your use of, or inability to use, the Platform.
9. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms of Service at any time. Continued use of the Platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms. We will indicate the date of the most recent update at the top of this page.
